Complaint from Rachel Tyler Lacey, WAalmost 4 years agoI have been calling and leaving messages asking for a call back to discuss done questions I have since February 2020. I have never received a call, only mail which does not help me with my questions. I paid my dues in full as noted on my check and they chose to apply that money to a violation that I am waiting to discuss with them. It is not legal to apply payments wherever u decide and not in my
